1. What are the delivery charges?

When you fill in your address at checkout, your Australia post shipping will be calculated before you finalise the purchase. Standard Delivery typically takes 2-5 days, with Express Delivery taking 1-3 business days depending on your location.

We offer free standard delivery on orders over $150 and free next day delivery in Wagga Wagga.

2. Why am I not getting free shipping on an order above $150?

If you have applied any discount voucher that has reduced your original amount of $150, you would not get a free shipping.

3. What is an express shipping?

Express shipping is a premium shipping option that allows for faster delivery (1-3 Business Days). However, we cannot guarantee overnight delivery with Express shipping as the delivery time is dependent on your location and the speed of the postal service which is out of our control.

PAYMENTS AND VOUCHERS

1. How do I add a gift voucher or a discount code to an order?

Whenever you gain enough points for a gift voucher, you will be given a specific code to redeem your gift. The code can be applied at the end of your checkout to avail use the gift or discount.

2. Are your online store prices the same as your physical store?

Yes, our prices are same for both our website and our in-store. However, offers that apply on our online store may not be applicable at our in-store at Wagga Wagga.

3. How do I apply the credit points received from the store?

If you get any faulty product from our end, or you return any product to us, we will provide you with the credits for the amount you spent. You can simply log into your account to get the credits added to your payment automatically. Credits may be viewed in the account details once you log in.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

1. My Order Has Arrived But One Of My Products Is Damaged

We deliver only the best quality products to you. However, in case you receive any damaged product, feel free to contact us on our phone number, or via our contact form available on our website. We would require you to mention your name, order number, the details of your damaged product, and any pictures as evidence. Claims need to be made within 7 days of your purchase. Our customer service representative would get in touch with you as soon as possible to handle the situation.

2. How do I return the damaged product?

As soon as we receive your report of a damaged product, our representative will arrange a return shipment for you free of charge. You will then get a new product, a refund or credits as per your wish.

3. When will I get a new item after I return the damaged product?

We will resend a new item to your address as soon as we receive your returned item. That may take 1-3 working days on average. Also, shipment will be on us.

4. Can I get a refund if my product is damaged?

In the event that you would like a refund for an incorrect or damaged item, please let our customer service representative know. Incorrect or damaged items will need to be returned (free of charge), before a full refund is organized. The refund will cover for the items plus any original shipping or handling costs. Refunds shall take approximately 1-2 business days depending on your bank and method of payment

5. Can I get an exchange for a product that I do not like/need?

Yes, we do offer exchanges, but only on sealed items, that can be resold. You need to contact us for an exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. However, delivery cost would be applied for a new product that is sent.
