RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?

If you’ve received a wrong product at your location, or the product you’ve received is damaged or defective, you can return it back to us.

However, any damage that occurred during the product delivery would not be our liability. In such cases, products are only returnable if easy insurance has been purchased.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?

Items purchased using gift cards or discount offers are not valid for returns. Items that are opened or consumed are also non-returnable unless there are product quality or consumer guarantee issues as per ACL.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

In case you want to return your product, just dial our phone number, or contact us via our contact form available on the website. We would require you to mention your name, order number, the details of your damaged product, and any pictures as evidence. Claims need to be made within 7 days of your purchase. Our customer service representative would get in touch with you as soon as possible and will arrange a return shipment for you free of charge. You will then get a new product, a refund, or credits as per your wish.

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

You definitely can exchange your product, but only if its seal is unopened.

Contact us via our phone number or the contact form provided on the website, and our representative would reach out to you as soon as possible. However, the shipping process and fees in this case would be your responsibility.

HOW LONG WOULD I NEED TO WAIT FOR A REFUND OR A NEW PRODUCT?

We will resend a new item to your address as soon as we receive your returned item. That may take 1-3 working days on average.

For a refund, you’ll have to wait for approximately 1-2 business days after your returned product reaches us, but this may take longer depending on your bank and method of payment.

If you apply for an exchange – we will dispatch out your requested replacement as soon as you send the tracking number confirmation to us to ensure the product is on its way back.
